X/NET ASSOCIATES LAUNCHES CREDISPHERE LITE FOR BANKERS SYSTEMS CUSTOMERS

Las Vegas, Nevada -- February 19, 2001 - X/Net Associates today unveiled CrediSphere Lite, a product created to help meet the needs of those Bankers Systems, Inc. (BSI) customers wishing to extend the functionality of their ARTA® and Rembrandt® Lending Systems. The product will provide Bankers Systems' customers with browser-based data entry and export to Rembrandt or ARTA Lending, preview and printing of electronic application documents, automated credit bureau access and automated notification. The announcement was made at the Bankers Systems National Sales Meeting being held here this week.
