(X/Net), a leader in software products and systems integration to the financial services industry, announced today the availability of CUNA Mutual Group's Consumer Credit Insurance Calculation Engine from within X/Net's universal credit origination suite, CrediSphere.

CrediSphere for Consumer Lending now has the ability to pass consumer loan information to the Calculation Engine that will calculate loan payments and credit insurance premiums for credit unions offering CUNA Mutual Group payment protection products. The calculated payments and insurance premiums are then passed back to CrediSphere for use within the rest of the origination, closing, documentation and booking process steps.
